Threaded Pipe Fittings Manufacturers in India
Threaded Pipe fittings are one of the oldest pipe joining methods and it is highly popular in the market. These fittings are suitable for nominal pipe diameters NPS 2 or smaller.
Threaded connection fittings are not used where high temperature and pressure services mean it’s used where pressure and temperature are low. It is used for non-critical applications the majority of threaded pipe fittings used in plumbing industries.
Threaded pipe fittings are made of forging and available in the form of Elbow, Tee, Cross, Coupling, Cap, Bushing, Plug, Union, Nipple, Boss, Adapter, and Reducers using Standard ASME B16.11 in the size range 1/8″~4″ (DN6~DN100) (Screwed-Threaded) and pressure classes 2000 LBS, 3000 LBS, 6000 LBS.
These fittings are available in various thread types like NPT, BSPP, BSPT, PF, PT, and MPT.
Standards are used for designing Thread connections/fittings:
- ASME B16.11
- ASME B16.3
- ASME B16.4
- ASME B16.39
- ASME B16.34

Threaded Fittings are available in below forms at Metalfed Engineering
Threaded 90° Elbow:
Threaded elbows are used to change the direction of the run pipe at different angles. this elbow used to change 90°. Read More!
Threaded 45° Elbow
These threaded Elbows help the main pipe to make a 45° direction change. Read More!
Threaded Street Elbow:
Unlike a normal elbow, the street elbow has a male BSPT thread on one end and a female BSPP on the other. Read More!
Threaded Reducing / Lateral Tee:
Threaded Lateral Tee is Y Shape Tee which is used to channel media from one pipeline to two different lines. It may also be used to combine media from two pipelines into one. Read More!
Threaded Cross Fittings:
It is the 4-way fitting it has one inlet and three outlet connections. Threaded crosses make two 90° branches from the main run pipe direction. Read More!
Designed to join two male-threaded items together. It is used to connect pipes in one line. There are two types of Coupling i.e. Half and Full Couplings. Read More!
Threaded Pipe Cap:
It is close to or covered piping ends and suitable for water application used in general, irrigation and rural services, compressed air pipes, and fuel and gas lines utilities. Read More!
It has a hex head so it is also called a Hexagon Threaded Bushing. the threaded bushing can help reduce the size as it used to for joining threaded pipes of different sizes. Read More!
It is available in different size shapes such as Square Head Plug, Round Head Plug, and Hex Head Plug. It is used for blinding purposes. Read More!
It is designed as per MSS-SP 83 Standard. Suitable for use in low-pressure applications, harsh environments such as chemical applications, corrosive environments as well as standard air and water applications. Read More!
A nipple is a fitting that is a short piece of pipe. Available in male pipe thread (MPT) connection at each end of the fitting, which is used to make a watertight seal when connecting piping to threaded fittings, valves, or equipment. Read More!
Threaded Welding Boss:
The nickel content present in these Threaded Welding Boss provides resistance to moderately reducing environments. Read More!
