Miss Awllen Winner 2023 Elizabeth Chinglunniang Vaiphei : Elizabeth Chinglunniang Vaiphei was crowned Miss Awllen Winner this year at the grand finale of the Miss Awllen pageant held in Lamka, Churachandpur, Manipur. She is a 22-year-old student from Churachandpur College, Manipur.
